Ingredients: high-quality wheat flour, Finnish butter, eggs, sugar, Finnish dry milk, filtered water, table salt, citric acid, and apple cider vinegar.
Store at a temperature of -18°C in the freezer.
Please note: Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Net weight: 450 g ±3%
Shelf life: if the storage rules are followed, 4 months from the date of production.

How to bake?

Take the dough roll out from the freezer and allow it to thaw in a cool place until soft. If needed, flatten it with a rolling pin, slice, and bake as required (180°C - 200 °C). This versatile dough is perfect for creating a variety of pastries and sweets, including gata, khachapuri, mille-feuille, meat and vegetable pies, and more.
