Ingredients: high-quality wheat flour, Finnish butter, sugar, Finnish dry milk, eggs, table salt, filtered water, dry yeast.
Store at a temperature of -18°C in the freezer.
Please note: Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Shelf life: if the storage rules are followed, 4 months from the date of production.

How to bake?

Indulge in homemade croissants with ease. Arrange the desired number of croissants on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, leaving 3 cm of space between each. Brush them with beaten egg, leave for 30 minutes until soft. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Once the oven is ready, reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown. Enjoy!
