Khachapuri ready for baking

Ingredients: high-quality wheat flour, Finnish butter, eggs, sugar, Finnish dry milk, filtered water, table salt, citric acid, and apple cider vinegar. The filling is made from whole milk cheese.
Store at a temperature of -18°C in the freezer.
Please note: Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Shelf life: if the storage rules are followed, 4 months from the date of production.

How to bake?

Preheat your oven to 200°C. While it warms up, arrange the desired number of khachapuris on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, leaving 3 cm of space between each. Brush them with beaten egg. Once the oven is ready, reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the khachapuris are golden brown. Enjoy!
