Gatas ready for baking

Ingredients: high-quality wheat flour, Finnish butter, eggs, sugar, Finnish dry milk, filtered water, table salt, citric acid, and apple cider vinegar. The filling is made from high-quality wheat flour, Finnish butter, sugar, vanilla.
Store at a temperature of -18°C in the freezer.
Please note: Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Net weight: 350 g ±3%
Shelf life: if the storage rules are followed, 4 months from the date of production.

How to bake?

Arrange the gatas on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, leaving 3 cm between each. Brush them with beaten yolk and bake in a 180-200°C oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
